Spa In The Valley in Hunt Valley Towne Centre is hosting “Spa-liday,” a festive holiday open house on Sunday, December 2, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Spa In The Valley clients, prospective clients and visitors are invited to enjoy employee consultations; demonstrations of services and treatments; product give-a-ways; spa tours; discounts on services and treatments; and holiday refreshments. Models will be showing the latest hairstyles, make-up and esthetic services.

Instructor Diane Morales will help you identify triggers and modify behaviors that lead you to smoke, and share alternative ways to control emotions and manage stress. Diane has been teaching smoking cessation classes for over 15 years.

Smoking cessation aids will be provided free of charge.
